Boxer Booster
Niteworm,
I don't know if you read my earlier reply to your post, but Chaos has Myasthenia Gravis, (extremely rare only 2 cases at this animal hospital in 15 years) it is a human disease, it took me two weeks of wrong diagnosis by three different vets, to finally find a vet who knew what he was talking about. Chaos was collapsing and could not walk at all but was totally alert. I was carrying him outside while trying to recover from a hysterectomy!! (didn't tell my doctor that part of it), i would do anything for my doggies!! Had to take him all the way to Sun Valley as I had prayed to God and pointed to a vet out of the yellow pages!! He sent me to the right one because Dr. Acker diagnosed Chaos over the phone.
With his medication, he has been fine for the last year. the disease he has stops his nerves from telling his muscles what to do therefore he would be crippled without his meds, (which I sneak to him in a vienna sausage each day)
I believe everything happens for a reason and that Chaos was the dog I chose out of the litter because God knew I would take care of him no matter what the cost. I am sure with your faith you will find exactly the right dog for you and your family ;and vice versa for the dog. Like I said before it is people like you who make the best pet owners!! Good luck and I pray for the best for you.
