Cold Weather items

Does your boxer seem to have 50 times more energy now that the weather has gotten colder? Zeke is full of energy. His mom and dad are trying to wear him out by playing and running but instead of him getting worn out we are.

Also as a sidenote. We check his paws after he goes out potty to make sure there are not any surprises. This weekend after his potty breaks he runs up to the rug on the deck and literally wipes his paws. He has done this several times now. How funny!

Would you send Zeke over to teach Adam how to wipe his paws please???? OMG, since all of the snow in the back yard melted, i have a big mud hole on the corner of my house. Of course, this is the path both dogs take to their "potty area". And, they have to tromp through the mud to come back to the door.

O yeah!!! they have TONS more energy!! i swear!! Both pups burn through the house, tearing the cushions off the couches - both in the family room and the FORMAL front room!!!! I just wanna scream every time they tear apart my front room. Add to that a good ol' chase of the poor kitty. (Evie wants to eat the cat & Adam wants to give her kisses)

Its gonna be a looooonnnnggg winter huh?!

yeah Ping loves the cold. It's starting to get chilly here especially in the mornings and evenings... I'm freeeeezing so im trying to hurry him up and he just wants to run and run and jump and leap and run and run and spin.. LOL.. its so funny!

Oh yeah...the cold weather friskies..that's what I call them! Coco has them too, add that to cabin fever with a boxer and you have "insane, built up energy, can't be still boxer baby"! Every morning Coco gets up, wiggling, beaning & snottin', all excited just seeing every body first thing in the morning, then she goes outside. Oh my..she comes in not only with the beans, wiggles & snots of first thing in the morning but all the cold weather friskies too. I've learned she's a wonderful acrobat first thing in the morning and I'm the best boxer tissue ever!
