Trinity wanted to say hello to all the new Boxer friends she met yesterday! We had a great time and met a lot of great dogs, and their owners of course!!! Trinity has been knocked out since we got home yesterday!!! So who's up for planning another one???!!!

Hildie (and us) had a great time! It was so much fun to meet you all. We would love to do it again, but I think we need to work on our "come" command a little more first! LOL ( I still have a sore knee from bumping it on that stone wall chasing her as she tried to make her escape!)

Debra OUCH! I sure hope your kneels heal quick! We've been working on the come command with Trinity all day! It seems like they all had selective hearing yesterday huh?

I'm in LaGrange Park and have a 10 week old flashy fawn boy.
So far he loves my friend's male yellow lab, a chocolate lab from the neighborhood, growls at the poodle across the street, hates the King Charles Spaniel on the next block and LOVED the first boxer (80 pounds!!) that he met.
I'm game, there's a dog park I know of in Hinsdale.

I'm up north near great america and there are several Large dog parks in my area, acres and acres, of course there are other dogs there too but me and my wife try to take Weiley there every weekend and while we do run across an occasional boxer I'd love for him to have play time with several. The parks are in either Lake Forest or Libertyville depending on what would be more conveinent for folks and they do require either a yearly pass or you can buy a daily pass for only $4. Let me know and I can give directions as they are both pretty easy to get to off of I-294
We've driven by the Libertyville one but there are never many cars there but on a nice day there are lot's of people at the Lake Forest one and we've never actually gone into the one in libertyville so we're not sure as to it's lay out but I'm sure it's similar to the Lake Forest one, perhaps this weekend we'll go check it out as it is actually a little close to our house
