Carpet question!

I have berber in my family room and bedroom. I have reg. carpet in my living room and 2 spare bedrooms. As soon as I need to replace the non-berber areas I will put in berber. It is SOOOO much easier to clean and cleans up great. I have pattern match berber but I WON'T go that route again. Just plain old berber. Cami has never gotten her nails stuck or created any snags. My cat either, although I keep her nails clipped short since she loves mani's and pedi's!

If you get a 'run' they are easy to control-cut and burn. I have berber and it holds up well.

I think I've decided to forgo berber. The plush I'm going to go with is a short plush so hopefully it will be easy to clean and vacuum. I've got 3 cats and I'm more worried about them starting runs than Nala. Although those Boxer burns should could make a mess of berber!

I had Berber in My house and My poodle went crazy. He got a little bit up And then went to town. I guess thinking it was a never ending string. And pulled out a whole thread that went all the way across the room. I wouldnt suggest it. But then again I like soft plushy carpet.
