Boxer Insane
I am worried sick.
Over a month ago Caesar's leg had started to swell so I took him to the vet and the diagnoses was tendonitis. old thread
As time went on it got worse and worse, then little pea size lumps started to form under the skin. I took him in and they ran several different blood tests including checking for immune problems(COOMBS TEST??) and tick disease. Tests came back negative. They also aspirated several of the bumps which were multiplying and getting bigger. All the test came back negative for abnormal cells. So far 5 doctors (2 are specialist) have looked at the leg and tests and all have never seen anything quite like it. The thing is this is a really excellent clinic with 14 vets on staff and if they are stumped I am really scared. OPVMC So tomorrow Caesar goes in for a biopsy of the lumps and they are going stick a needle in the joint and try to drain some fluid  He had been put on prednisone for 2 weeks to try and get the inflammation and swelling down but it had not done a thing.
Here are some pictures of his leg, I tried clear them up a little so you can really see the lumps. Some are coming to the surface of the skin, but he has sprouted a few more since these pics were taken 2 days ago.
Anyone seen anything like this? Caesar's leg
Please say a prayer for my baby, he has been in such pain he can hardly stand on it
