Can't wait!v I am going to have to go to athe mall and build one. I have a stuffed boxer from Toys r Us that looks like my Rocky, :D but now i can build my own

I didn't know that Build A Bear donates $1 from each Kennel Pal sale to to support programs for local animal shelters. One dollar on it's own doesn't sound like much, but they do add up!

LOL, ever been to Build-a-bear on a Sat afternoon.....You better believe it adds up BIGTIME, LOL...

I went Sun & my daughter managed to con me into making TWO more...she already has 2 & we will be back w/ bells on for the Boxer .

Hi everyone,

I would call the store to make sure they are going to carry the boxer dog, just incase your store does not carry it. I checked with our build-a-bear store and they said they were not going to carry the dog but I can order it online and then go to the store and stuff it and shop for the clothes.

Oh that could be bad, I live in SW Indiana--I hope they will have it here. If not it's ok, I can drive to the nearest build-a-bear store that has them-LOL. Dont they have little sounds chips available too that you can record a message?? Wouldn't it be adorable if we could record a real live woo-woo from our babies in it!! Love it- so excited already!

Great news

This is great. I will have to get one (I will just say it is for the 2 year old - maybe I will get two). I hope they offer them on line since we don't have a Build A Bear in our area. I will be close to one on the 24th but that is too early. Darn the luck if they had only released it a week earlier. I bet it will look like Scout.

Awwwwwww, I saw a picture on the Build a Bear website of the Boxer today. It is soooo cute, I can't wait until the 30th!!!!!!!!

I do have one build a bear stuffed toy and I do think that it's one of the sweetest things! And it is great that they donate money to organizations, I have a panda that donated proceeds to some wildlife thing (I'm not sure what foundation it was). And the pre-recorded messages you can put in there make me want to cry! I can't wait to get there and get 2 boxers, one for my nephew and one for my soon to be niece (my sister is pregnant and due soon!!) You can never have too many boxer toys!

Here's a link to the Build-a-Bear calendar - the boxer is in the lower right corner on April 30th! I'm planning on calling the store I go to to be sure they willhave it. If not, (and for others that can't access one) you can order one off the website as of April 30. My kids are THRILLED - it looks like we'll have 3 in our house!

My son will be 12 on April 28...ya think he is to old to go to build a Bear for his birthday??? I can't wait to go to our BAB and get ours. I remember going and voting for the boxer too... I wonder if "WE" did this for real...How cool is that.
