Please !!!!! I have now heard the term several times and I am confused.......WHAT IS A 'REVERSE' BRINDLE ??????

Reverse brindle is fawn background with heavy black "stripes". Brindle would be with more fawn showing through or with only a few black stripes. Click on my gallery button to veiw a pic. of Gidget, reverse brindle.

I love my white boxer, Bruno. He's not the all white that you usually see though. He is all with with a brown mask and black circles around his eyes. He is by far the most unique boxer Ive ever seen. Ive often heard that white boxers are sickly. This couldnt be further from the truth. Bruno is the healthiest and most affectionate dog Ive ever had. Even if his muzzle resembles a wet whip!

Can someone please tell me what constitutes "flashy".

I have a fawn with white on her face and chest and a pretty almost fawn brindle with a white flash on his face and I think they are both beautiful. Of course, I have yet to see on boxer who isn't. lovicon

I didn't vote cause I love them all. It's not the color it is the personality and their boxer traits that make them so special.

I would have to say flashy fawn, that's the color of our boxer, Nala (quite a biased vote!). I remember having to choose from brindle, fawn with black mask and two flashy fawn.

I can't exactly remember if we chose her mostly because of color or personality.

Anyway, if I have to get another one, my next choice will be fawn with black mask or reverse brindle.

If I really have 'THE CHOICE', I would collect all the colors!!!! Just love 'em!

I couldn't vote, they are all pretty, I have a whtie with a brindle spot on the ear, black on top of his head and black patch over his right eye. His nose is pink with black dots. He has one blue eye and one black and blue. I had to pick him out of 10 of his litter mates. What a job, I picked the one who came to me first. Love them all.
