I found your info to be helpful. I didn't sense any sarcasm at all in your post either.

Sorry about that, Amanda. I didn't mean to be mean either. I was reading/writing posts between editing a technical report at work (so I wasn't devoting my full attention). I really did find your post to be helpful though.

HEY EVERYONE...

I'm not sure how to post links but I found an article on Frasier's case. I am happy to inform everyone that he is doing much better from what the article says. His abuser, Melissa Cere, is being araigned next month so star sending those letters now!!!!!
For those who would like to read it the website is...
www.cmonitor.com
Go under search and type in abused dog and WALAA!
There it is.
Glad to help.

No problem. Please everyone who is writing letters, send a couple copies, to the clerk, the DA and the legislature. Maximize their worth!

It is frustrating that online it is hard to convey tone, or attitude but I will try harder. Maybe I'll start using smiley faces and stuff:)

Letters from the public did in fact help keep Buster's abuser behind bars so those letters were read before sentancing.

It is my understanding, and I could be wrong, that when letters are sent to the clerk regarding a case, they are filed with the appropriate file. The judge reviews the defendants file before the case and if our letters are there, he/she will read the letters then.

Maybe it would help to write to the DA as well...I've never actually done this before so I'm not sure of all the people associated with the case.

Ok so what we're saying here is send a letter to
1.) the Concord Clerk of Courts
2.) the DA
3.) state officials

?--how do we find out who the DA is that will be handling the case?

I just sent out my three...

1) Concord Clerk of Court
2) District Attorney in Melissa Cere case
3) Judge for Melissa Cere case

Don't know how right I am but hey, it sounded good. Hopefully, it will reach the right people. I also went on to other related forums to try to get more people to send letters. Trying to do my best for "Frasier".

I hope that lady gets what she deserves.smashicon

They already found out who did this to Fraser. She turned herself in and confessed.
