I know Boomer did this last week with my almost 2yr old nephew. But the funny thing was he just wanted to LICK him everywhere! When Jared sat down so I could take his shoes off, there was Boomer trying to lick his feet. Of course, Jared giggled b/c it tickled, so it ws on then! Just lick, lick, lick, then Jared would say STOP! and boomer stopped. But wherever Jared was, Boomer was right there, and after enough of me telling him "EASY", he'd just sit there and look at Jared like "Oh, just one more lick, he smells sooooo good!" He even, while looking at Jared just licked the air like he couldn't help himself! I've never owned such a "lick-oriented " dog before! But, after Jared had been there awhile, Boomer went off and found a toy to chew on.

Oh yeah, I can relate to this. Our Bust follows my kids everywhere they have a special connection. There was a time when Buster was a pup he was always stuck to my sons ankles.
He is now obseesed with my baby neices feet though!
He does see them as his litter mates he hates being phsically seperated from them for example if he is kept in house whilst they play in garden. Or visitors come to see kids and not involve Buster.
The kids are back at school now and poor Bust is lost without them today.
