Whether he was charged with a felony or not, I think the S.O.B. should be taken somewhere, have someone slip a rope around his neck and strangle him for awhile. At least that way, he would get a dose of his own medicine. I just can't understand how some people have such a sense of cruelty in them.

The newspaper said he's being charged with a Class 6 felony. So my guess is that either Dempsey play bit him (if Dempsey even bit him at all) and there are no marks on this guys hand to prove he was "bitten" because it didn't happen or evidence shows that Dempsey bit him out of self defense. I'm just glad this guy was caught. When I first read the story, and went and hugged and kissed both of my boxers too. Who could do such a thing to those sweet big brown eye cuties? As I was walking Lily last night, I took her on her favorite walk and she was so excited, she was jumping and twisting around and playing with the leash that she managed to somewhat get the leash loosely wrapped around her neck for only a moment and it reminded me again of poor Dempsey. They put so much trust and friendship into us, it saddens me that someone could do that :(
