from raleigh or southern NC coast

I am also in Raleigh and would love to attend a boxer bash. One in Greensboro on April 3 or 10 would work. I also go to the coast a lot - just north of Myrtle Beach - anyone want to bash near there?

The offleash park at Millbrook Exchange is very nice. There is also an offleash park in Durham. One of the vets now has a pay for use park in Cary too. And Holly Springs is hoping to add one.

I also take my dog to daycamp once a week. She's outdoors and socialinzed with other dogs all day. She loves it. And when she gets home... SLEEP!

I'd be interested in coming too. It would be about a 1 1/2 hour drive for us but I think we can handle that. I used to live in Greensboro for 6 years and it would be nice to visit again. So, unless something changes, I'm assuming it will be the April 3rd date starting around noon. Sounds like fun. I will definitely try and make it :)

Boxer Bash

We would love to attend the Boxer Bash. I am stationed in Cherry Point and we would love to meet some people as crazy as we are about our new puppy. It sounds like it's going to be april 3rd at about 1200. If there are any more details please keep us posted.

NC Boxer Bash

My hubby & I are lucky to be parents to a 1 yr old fawn boxer named Maddox. We are new to the Raleigh area (Fuquay-Varina) and we are planning to attend the Greensboro Boxer Bash on April 3rd :) It'll be our 1st one to attend so any advice would be greatly appreciated :)

Hey ya'll. I just read that you were planning a bash. I am also from Walkertown and this sounds like a lot of fun. My kids love playing with eachother so I'm sure they'd love to play with others. I'l keep an eye out and if you're still on for April 3rd, we'll see you then. I also wanted to let you know that there is a dog park in W-S. It's called Washington Park off Peters Creek Parkway. There's ballfields all around it and a huge fenced in area for the dogs. I've played ball there before, but haven't ever taked the babies, however, I know many who have gone. just an FYI. Well hope to see you soon.

Thanks loveBoxers
I had no idea a dog park was that close to me, nearly in my backyard. I'm going to go have to go and check it out.

It seems its all depending on the weather as far as the 3rd goes its a boxer bash date. Only rain will stop us now and if that happens we will plan on meeting the following Sunday the 10th also @ noon..

Welcome maddox04 to BW! Look forward to seeing you there. I'll be with the rude dude Hummer, not really he's your typical playful boxer with no clue of his size;) BIG

Boxer Bash Sounds Great!

I am in North Carolina and I am a new boxer mommy Diva-Fawn&White with blk mask-and full of attitude! I'd like to meet other boxer owners and let her socialize with other boxer children! Let me know when and where you guys plan to have the "shin-dig"!

Count me in! (weather permitting)

Hello All-

I will be out at the "bark park" with Tori on Sunday as well. I live 5 minutes from the park and I can tell everyone first hand that it's a great place to take any dog! If the weather turns out to be nice it can get quite crowded. They have a water fountain there, which is great for the doggies. They have 2 fenced in "dog parks" right next to each other, but we took Tori there 2 weeks ago and only 1 was open. It was fine still enough room eventhough there was probably 25+ dogs in the fenced park. Tori can't wait to meet her new friends!!

Does anyone know if there are requirements for the dog park in Greensboro? I have all of their paperwork and will bring it with me, just in case. Is there a fee to get in? Thanks.
