Boxer Sigh: (verb) different from a regular sigh and given with a very pouty faced look especially if it is past bedtime.

Boxer Paw: (verb) the act of placing a paw on your owner's leg used in combination with the wide eyed look to let them know you want something NOW!

AAACCCKKK: (noun) noise made by opening the jaws as wide as possible and coughing really gross like then feeling really happy about it.

nubby: (noun) the wiggling stump on the boxer butt

mush: (noun) wrinkly boxer face

BoxerWorld: (noun) also known as BW...that crazy place on the internet that owners go to and laugh and spend way too much time with when they could be playing with a real boxer!

"Cling-on:" residue left attached by either a thread or piece of grass to the Boxer's bottom when it's done pooping. Causes the Boxer to race at top speed around the yard trying to run away from the "cling-on" The only remedy for a "cling-on" is for the "Mommy" (usually) or the "Daddy" (much less frequently) to remove it by cornering the Boxer between their legs and pulling it off with a paper towel or kleenex. :rolleyes:

ROFL Wilson has done that!!!! TOOO FUNNY!! And to add to it:

"Butt Rubbing": When a Boxer sits down on his butt and starts rubbing it back and forth furiously on the grass in an attempt to get rid of the "cling-on".

Flappers (noun)- The sides of a Boxer's mouth where bits of stuck food, drool, and sometimes drool bubbles collect and mommy or daddy have to use a jowl towel to clean.

MJ tongue (noun): when Boxer walks around or sleeps with tongue sticking out.

Note to non-basketball fans: Michael Jordan is known for making lay-ups or dunks wth his tongue sticking out.

Counter surfing- The art of walking on hind legs while front paws are on the kitchen counter investigating what possible edible or unedible objects are with in reach.

Very cute/funny!

Here's my list:

1. Fluppy (noun & contraction) - when puppy flops on ground or floor with all 4 legs held roughly parallel to it's body after exhausting itself playing, chasing their nubby, etc. (i.e.: he's doing the "fluppy")

2. Dempster (proper name & contraction) - when our puppy Dempsey takes a HUGE poop (i.e. Dempsey + dumpster = Dempster)

3. Wigglebutt (noun) - one of the many ways a Boxer expresses his/her happiness.

4. Brattus Minimus (from the Latin) - for when I've been a bad boy. See dictionary for my Mastiff big brother, a.k.a. Brattus Maximus

Funny Bunny: Whatever action is required to get all eyes in the room on said Boxer.

Flip Flopping (aka somer saults): Event of tucking head down to floor and flipping entire body over the head and landing on back, (feet have to be in the air on landing.)

Elevated "Poots": The noise released when standing on hind legs.

On a mission: The majority of Boxers when going on a walk.

Prancing: The act of walking with head and nub held as high as possible and only allowing each foot to barely touch the ground.

Baby Face: This look is usually achieved when very tired, cozy and content. The wrinkes of the forehead must be present.

Look & Acknowledge (only): A required response to being told to come. Any other forms of compliance are not necessary.

Search & Destroy: Any item that falls on the floor, gets stuffed underneath any piece of furniture, doesn't belong to you and especially cat toys.

Biscuit: Any edible item that is used as a bribe to get the attention of a Boxer. Usually follows the "Come" command.

My favorites were "chin rest" (because Daddy gets so upset when it happens on his laptop) and "jackhammer." :D
