Thanks for bumping this up.... Bruce's 1st birthday today! fiesta1ico Unfortunately he still has stitches in from his op on Thursday, so we can't have a party and can't even take him on a nice walk (he's under house arrest at the moment!) - so, I'll be making this cake for him later as a special birthday treat!

I made this cake for Bruce's 1st bithday last week and he loved it! (Mind you, we've yet to find anything he won't eat...!) - I topped it with cottage cheese, and then used strawberries to to 'ice' it with his name (I'll put a picture in his gallery!); it was all gone in 2 days!
