Bode to the vet today :(

Ok I dropped him off this morning. He wasn't very happy about no breakfast. Bode's doesn't miss many meals. Me on the other hand, I'm a stress eater. I did wait to drop him off before I started eating. 5 pm can't get here soon enough. Please pray all goes well and he can come home this afternoon. Thanks

We are home. Thanks for all the prayers. He has a very large scar for a very small skin tag. Now we wait for biopsy results.

Rough night with no painkillers. His mouth seems good but his side is now swollen and bothering him. Finally got some painkillers from the vet this morning. Hoping today will be better. Hubby is home with him now.

Hopefully when the painkillers kick in he will be more Comfortably .. Poor baby !!!
Are we ever done worrying about them ... When they are puppies it's oh is this that and the other normal and as the mature you go around in the same circle all over again and if we are lucky enough to keep them too old age that throws more worries at you .. Agh why can't lift be simple ..

So true Helen! I obviously haven't had the babies as long as some, but having both spectrums of ages right now, your so very right.
Poor Bode :( I bet that was a little shocking seeing a big scar :( prayers for his recovery and that everything turns out fine!!!

We ended up back at the vet yesterday evening. He has fluid build up by his scar. It's dropped down to his chest now. Waiting 24 hours to see if it takes care of itself or it will need to be drained. Keeping fingers and paws crossed, it looks better this morning.
