Blizzard!!

We got tons of snow. I don't know how much yet but it is alot. I let our babies out for their morning poo and Riley just jumped in the snow. Max didn't want to go out. He is so funny. Just stands there and looks at me. I think he should be an arizona dog...He!! Hope everyone is safe and warm.

Max is laying across my lap and he is so warm. My personnal heating blanket. Riley is laying in front of the windows cause she always has to see what is going on.

Glad to know you all are ok. That sure is a nasty storm roaming around out there. I just hope none of the members here are from Dumas Arkansas where that tornado was yesterday. So keep the homemade electric blankets happy, and I'm sure they'll keep ya warm!

I am in Wisconsin and we have gotten approx 15 inches since Friday nite. It is kinda hard with the drifts to get accurate measurements. TUG has not left the deck to pee or poo. Cracks me up she gets to the very edge and hangs her butt over and aims for the steps. Hubby told me when I shovel to be careful that the steps havent turned to ice. Its snowing now and I know I should be out there shoveling but hubby is running his tractor and moving snow....this way I get some quiet time...shhhh.

Oh my gosh! I think we got a foot of snow over night! It's wet sticky heavy snow too! The babies are loving it! At least the wind and the sleet have pretty much stopped for now, that was kind of painful if you had to walk out in it. I know there are a few towns without power I hope everyone will be ok!

Living in Northern Illinois, we were hit by this same storm. Although we didn't get very much snow, it warmed up enough here to turn to rain thru the night. I always take the dogs out in the mornings in my slippers and socks, duhhhh!!!! did I get a surprise when I stepped down and got a soaking wet foot. Oh well! I would do it again as long as the dogs enjoy it.

It is still snowing here. Will it ever stop. Max and Riley are playing in front of the TV (as usual) They are way too funny. I think they are getting cabin fever with the rest of us.
