Back to work Blues!!!

It's my first day back at work today after the Christmas holidays..... not coping too well majorly tired as i have been going to bed early morning getting up early afternoon....... so hard to get up at 7am this morning! It's also deadly quiet, so i have been clock watching which makes the time drag!!!! oh i'm such a moan so i am!!!!!

I hear ya Sister! I'm stuck here at work wondering what the heck happened to xmas and my holidays! I think I blinked and they disappeared...boohooo. I miss you, please come back.....

I completely understand. I am back to getting up at 6:15 to get my son to school on time (not old enough to drive himself yet.) January is the most depressing month after all the holiday festivities... Back to work, dark and cold and it always seems long, too.

I actually sitting here with a holiday request form, this years holidays officially start today.... do you think it would be utterly cheeky of me to put in for holidays already??????? Can't handel it need to have something to look forward too!

I feel the same way! But I'd save some days for later, too, so like when spring fever sets in, you can play.

It is the same way here. Clock watching all day long. It was nice having a couple of weeks off, but just this weekend I had to move into a new apartment so that took away from some of my relax time! But one plus of being back at work is being back on boxerworld! I was having withdrawls!!

I hear and can relate to your moans and groans I can't complain too much of having a short holiday because working in the schools, I got 14 days off. But that was long enough to get into a pattern of late nights and late morning risings. I was in such denial on Monday I stayed in my office most of the day because I knew I was wearing my grumpiness on my face. I'm slowly getting back into the program...slllllowlyyyyyy

Wow, I'd feel bad for you all but I got Christmas day off and New Years day off, that's it, and that's only because I told them I wasn't working those two days. I'd LOVE to be able to have even 2 days in a row off to sleep or maybe do anything at all.. so I don't feel bad for you=) Those are the only two days I have had completely off in the whole year.

wow Vela I feel bad for you. I work in a school too so I got 10 days off. Couldn't imagine working everyday.

I don't feel sorry for you all either. I didn't get any extra days off. The only reason I had Christmas and New Year's off is because they fell on a Saturday.
And I would love to be able to sleep until 7 in the morning.
