You might try teaching her the difference between hard biting your hand and nuzzleing(gentle biting) it. Actually sit down with her and play with her and when she starts to bite don't pull away but keep it there and work on showing her with firm talk and stopping her when she gets to rough what the limits are between playing with you and hurting you. She is trying to play with you but just doesn't know that she is hurting you.
As far as the grabbing of the leg Kona would do that when she was younger and I stopped dead in my tracks and said NO! every time. Eventually she stopped it as she got older (several months).
