Hey Dallas boxer owners! I have a 4 1/2 month old fawn male named Max. I was wondering if any of you go to the boxer bashes they have once a month in Dallas? I got an email that there was one on Sat. Sept. 4th at Mockingbird Point Dog Park. I haven't been to any of the dog parks yet because I wasn't sure how Max would act. We can still be very wild and doen't come to me if he's playing with another dog. Anyway, let me know if any of you attend these get togethers. You can PM for the website info.

Txmom1- I have not heard of Mockingbird Point Dog Park, or the boxer bash. I would be interested in getting some more info on it.

Vasha- It HAS been a bit hectic on the homefront lately. Hopefully things will even out soon!! Thanks for asking.

Hey Steph!

It looks like you guys are in McKinney - most of the people that respond here all live North of the Mockingbird Dog Park so we go to the park in Plano. I won't be able to make it out this week as I have six 3 week old pups and their momma at my house this week (I'm puppysitting for our rescue group) but maybe someone else will meet you out there.

Hi everyone! It is so beautiful outside right now! I wish it wasn't so late...I would love to take Lambeau out tonight. He is busy playing outside right now.
Chrystel, sorry I just got on this weekend..it would have been nice to meet you out at the park. We may try to go this week sometime in the evening. Anyone up for it?
Amy, how are the doggies? Feeling better?
txmom1...I would love to go to a boxer bash. We wouldn't mind driving a little ways for something like that. It would be so fun. :) Did you end up going?
Vasha-those babies are so cute!!

Okay, hope all is well with everyone. We are going through the terrible twos over here...or something...Lambeau is tearing everything up and not listening to too much of anything we say. AHH, the joys of a 7 month old boxer. :) He is just so darn cute though....

HI Erin,

I work at the dallas international school 3.00 to 6.00 pm.. so it's hard now for me to go at the park in the evening....
i just can gor the week end now.. or the days off (labor day.. teacher day.. etc...)

I miss going to the park, i wish it wasn't so far :( it's 45 min drive for us.. but oh well.. it makes Snatch happy ;)

So Lambeau is having is teenage time... be strong ;)
Snatch is really good for that.. except he hate a piece of the armrest of the leather sofa :( (thank god we can't tell unless we look really closely) so Chris doesn't want to leave him uncrated now.
it's ok, i just crate him 3h30 for my work.

He's 11 month old now.. and just started that (paper and the sofa once..)

My neighboor got a mix lab / golden retriever at the SPCA.. Maddy. Snatch loooove playing with her, she's 5 month old :)

maybe saturday.. if the weather is not too hot. we could meet in the morning or evening..
