and its Irish, which is great, because the breeder named the puppies after Irish things and her name right now is Shalaylee ( which is an Irish pub, I guess ) and I think its cute and all maybe I will keep that as her middle name.

It kind of reminds me of my first cat, whose name was Kea. Just a few more letters, LOL. I had her for over 15 years.
I also caught some flack from my sister over the name Kea. She said it sounded African, as if there's something wrong with that. I didn't let it stop me. Truth be told, I just shortened Ikea, the Scandinavian furniture store's name. Goes to show you what my sister knows.
May Keela have a long and happy dog life.

I actually heard that name today. I think there is a boxer in Canada that has that same name. It's really a neat name!

I am going to have her call name be Keela Shalaylee and her registered name is going to be Keela's Moonlit Lilly, since she is a slate blue color
I wasn't sure if I was going to register her or not, but I am going to so she will have a picture on record so that other people can see her, its for her breeder actually. So people that are buying dogs can look into the registry and see what he has produced from the parents. He is a weight pull competitor and he breeds his dogs for that sport.
I never really knew about pitbulls in that sport before, but when I found out I looked into it and it is a real and legitimate thing that they get trophies and titles for. I think that is really good, because that means he is breeding (not all the time) for a real reason and not "Just because they are good looking dogs"
and he only breeds dogs that compliment each other and improve the next generation of dogs. It is so great that I found this breeder, and He also has to health test since he enters them in compititoins and things like that. AND the puppies arn't an arm and a leg expensive . . . . . how perfect is that!!??

yeah, the breeder said that for some reason the name fit, even though shalaylee is an irish beating stick or something like that, but he is spelling it

Well I was gonna register her name " Keela's moonlit Lilly" but then I found out that the breeder is going to do the regestered name so its going to be "Palmer's Shelaylee" . That doesn't bother me at all, because I know that some breeders like to have the registered name be something of their choice, Just as long as a breeder lets you name the call name yourself.
Like it would matter, if a breeder made me name my dog something, I probably wouldn't buy it, or I just would call her whatever I wanted. But that would just be stupid for a breeder to do that.
But anyway, I guess I will have to just wait for the next time a female comes around to name her Lilly
