Any "Buffy" Fans Out There?

My daughter harriet is obssessed with Buffy, so much that she got the Buffy game, back pack and various stationary for christmas. She is 14 but has been watching it since it started. I'm only glad she is her age now as some of the content in current episodes is fairly adult. I don't watch it but hearing what she and her friends say and rave about it makes me feel its grown up alot since it started.

Since I just started watching and there are some die-hard fans out there, can anyone tell me why Willow isn't doing magic or spells anymore? I just watched my first "new" episode last night and it seems she gave everything away except for a few items???????? She refused to do a spell.

I am a Buffy fan too. Call me blind (you're BLIND) but I never thought Angel was particularly attractive. Now Spike is another matter.....hmmm.... maybe it's the accent?

It seems Willow was so addicted to doing spells she was in danger of losing herself to it. So the Scoobies intervened and now she's going cold turkey. I think this is the writers take on drug addiction...... This is my take on it. If I'm wrong please someone give us the real story........

She also hurt Dawn during one of her "Witchcraft" episodes in which she was all but possessed.. Then she put a "forget spell" on her girlfriend who was smarter than given credit for and figured it out. Girlfriend (Tara) left because of the witchcraft and told Willow that she had to get control of herself and that it was over. I'm thinking the same thing as Dee.. Kinda like being an addict..

More on buffy

Just another note. Last night the rerun was of what was probably a Thanksgiving show. Some Indian spirit was released for revenge and Spike got the chip in his head and couldn't hurt anyone. Well the end was so funny. Buffy was making Thanksgiving dinner at Giles house and Spike shows up all starving and pathetic so they tie him to a chair. In come the indians shooting arrows. There poor Spike sits tied to his chair with arrows stuck all over him. It was so funny. I cracked up.
By the way, this show had Riley in it. Remember him??? The teachers asst by day and demon hunter by night!! What a match for the Buffster. I wonder why they let him go off the show.

I LOVED that episode.. I never liked Riley.. He was a "wussy" seemed like it was always "poor Riley" Kinda like now it's "poor Buffy" but hey.. she's the Buffster we can poor Buffy all we want.. hehe.. I'm not sure why they let him go... But I think he was dragging her down.. I'm glad he's gone.. things are MUCH better with her and Spike..
