I am typing this as Telmar has turned the living room into his own personal track and i am letting him so he will go to sleep in a min or so!!
We have three kids for the summer.....9, 6, 3
and my two chaotic full of energy boxers...both one year old!
Life is quite eventful and challenging to say the least!
All i know is thank goodness for the pool and peanut butter filled bones!!

(almost) 7 year old Boxer Gunner
5 month old Boxer Quinsi
3 year old orange tabby Tigger
3 year old red Exotic Shorthair (persian) Rosie
2 parakeets (with 4 eggs that mommy is presently sitting on)
20 gallon aquarium with some guppies, about 50 mystery snails and 3 bottom feeders (can't remember what they're called
)
10 gallon aquarium with a Black Convict Cichlid and 4 more mystery snails
And of course since Quinsi is still a baby he's obnoxious with the kids, always nipping at them or climbing on them when they're trying to eat or just sit and watch tv. Everyone wants to take Gunner cause he's so calm so he's not a problem. The kids.. always in and out, always asking for food (they act like we starve them!).. the phone rings off the hook for my daughter.. and she's only 10.. I'm not looking forward to jr high and high school years!
And on top of all that comes in and out of the house.. I'm constantly on the run myself. If it's not going out to pay bills, it's the store for whatever else we "don't" need.. or out to lunch.. always on the go.. run run run AHHHHH

I am so glad that my house is not the only total chaos house in the world!
O.K. I have 5 skinkids and we just added our third boxer last night. We
also have a german shephard, 3 rabbits, a cat, an outside pond full of
goldfish (probably close to 50) and also an outside pond full of koi. Yes. I feel like I am constantly needing to feed something or somebody. But you
know, I just wouldn't be happy any other way. I feel as though I have truly
been blessed.

I can so agree with chaos!!!
I can so agree with all of this. I have 3 skinkids (14, 11, 9) 1 fawn female boxer who is 18 months old, 1 female boxer who is 10 months old, 1 golden retriever who is 9 years old, 1 golden retriever who is 7 years old, 2 short haired cats, 1 long haired cat and by the way they are all inside animals!! Oh, and a husband. He has complained about the last 3 dogs we have gotten. I seemed to get my way though.... The doors in this house might as well just a/c the outdoors becuase i think the doors are open more than they are closed. As far as having a butt button, i totally agree. That happens every time I try to use the bathroom. It's always somebody needing me even if their father is in the other room!! Glad to know there are others in the same position although I wouldn't know what to do in a quiet house. Loving every minute if it!!!

I feel so left out... am I missing a good thing or a bad thing?

I will admit we are really kicking around the idea of adding another boxer. Reno is sooo perfect, I'm afraid I'll spoil the mix or end up with the boxer from hell.
