I'm terribly sorry to read that Markus will be crossing the bridge tomorrow. I can't even imagine how hard this must be for you. I will pray that you find peace in knowing he will no longer suffer. Please know that we'll all be thinking of you and wishing you well in this most difficult time.

Jan, I too am so sorry for the loss of Markus. There arent any words I can add that havnt already been said. Im sittin here crying and feeling so bad for you. But then I have to remind myself that Markus isnt happy like he is and as much love as he has in his heart for you. You have more for him by letting him go with dignity. He is a handsome lil man and You are so very lucky to have had him in your life. They leave pawprints on our hearts and make us better people. ((((hugs))) for you both. My thoughts will be with you both tommorrow as he makes his journey across the bridge. Can you ask him to give Chance a slobbery kiss for me. Its been 7 years and not a day goes by I dont miss him. Thinking your Markus will be up there with him gives me much comfort.

Jan, I am so sorry about Markus. He has lived such a long & sweet life with you and I know this will be hard but your selflessness is the best gift for him. Please know you are in my thoughts.

Markus with your sweet silver face, watch over your mom & Tara. I can't bear the thought of another one of our boxer seniors going to the bridge, but I know the party going on there will be a great one. Ladies hold on to your hearts.
