Boxer Pal
I'm new to the site, a very new boxer owner (I've had my little guy for a week), and I have a few questions...
How is it that my pup is registered with the AKC considering he's white? I thought the AKC didn't recognize white's as a standard boxer?
I've heard from people, and read on a few sites, that Boxers are a very energetic, somewhat high-strung breed that needs lots of exercise. My little guy will be 12 weeks tomorrow and he's yet to prove this theory correct. He's a very laid back pup that doesn't jump at all, will play but not for long, and mostly just wants to sit in your lap and cuddle. Is this normal? The vet said he's a very healthy guy and UTD on all his shots, and he's on a good quality food, so what gives?
He's got a massive conehead...
. I texted a friend the other day (she's been around boxers all her life) to ask if this is normal and she said yes and that it's a "smart bump". She was very vague but said it's a good thing and that he'll be smart. Is there truth to this "smart bump"?
