Poor girl! :(

It could be puppy acne I suppose -- but have you had the vet do a skin scraping to rule out (mange) mites? It could very well be that as well.

If you haven't already, it would probably be a good idea to switch her over to a stainless steel food/water bowl. Also make sure you clean it really well every day.

Good luck

I can relate

My Bailey has that same thing on his chin. I took him to the vet and they said he could having an allergic reaction to something outside that he got into. A month ago he got stung by a bee on his lip and I noticed a small bump after that happened. Weeks went by and it was just getting worse. When I told the vet this, they said he might have had a reaction to the sting. He has been taking antibiotics for about a week now and it seems to be clearing up. Hopefully it won't come back. I'm not much help, but I wanted to let you know that you're not alone.

I have seen that before

My Lily had something that looked like that... the vet suggested that we switch her bowls to metal ones and the pimples went away. They only come back when she drinks or eats out of plastic.

Thanks everyone! We took all plastic things away, bowls included, several weeks ago. I'm not sure if her sores are any better though.
She goes in the vet on Monday for her surgery, so I'll talk to him again about her chin. But I think we'll be focused on her tummy and her top of her head where she'll have a lump removed. Poor thing. I hate to see her go through this surgery, but we know over all it's the best for her and us.

Thanks for your suggestions.
