brody, we're in Warren County (20 min from Hackettstown)I think it's just growing pains. we got sam end of February and really thought long and hard before we got another dog (our first dog experience didn't work out - got a French pointer as a housewarming gift).
we have 3 kids (11, 7 & 2 yrs). my oldest is a great help with sam. she feeds him, lets him out, etc. this summer, she and my 7 year old have been away, and my hubby just started working 12hours a night (11-11), so it's just been me.
When my husband comes home from work, all he wants to do is sleep, so sam is in the crate until I come home about 7pm. once the girls come back (tomorrow night), i'm sure things will be better.
