5 month old not sleeping through the night anymore

Our Boxer is completely potty trained and has slept through many nights in her bed (next to ours) without having to go to the bathroom. The past three or four nights, after being taken out at 11 or 12, she's been getting up at 3 and then will not go back to bed. How do we get her back on a regular schedule? She's losing her baby teeth. Do you think that has anything to do with it?

She could be uncomfortable from that -- she could also have a urinary tract infection. Is she going more frequently during the day, also? Might be worth taking a urine sample to the vet.

She's not going more frequently during the day. She's in her crate while we're at work and we come home at lunch and take her out. She never goes in her crate.
