Wiggle's mom

Boxer Pal
Wiggles is now in Heaven she lived to be 13 years 7 months(12/24/2000-7/12/2014) The vet told us having a boxer as old as Wiggles was a blessing in itself. Very hard decision we had to make to put her to sleep. The mast cell cancer had taken over her body/leg and Momma was there for you every day and she knew I would be.. I was there to pick up your backside up whenever you fell.. She was treated like a princess her whole life... we chose to not medicate her and only gave her glucosomine.
Little Miss Wiggles Perez it is gonna be a long time for us to recover my baby girl...Our Hearts are hurting very bad,but you are in a better place now 12/24/2000- 7/12/2014...

I'm so very sorry for your loss. Nearly 14 years - that's quite a gift! It doesn't take away the empty feeling and pain, though. Sending you warm thoughts & prayers... You're right - she is in a better place. In time, your memories of her long life and antics will be a comfort. Godspeed, sweet Wiggles!!angelicon

We are so sorry for your loss. We know 13 plus years is a blessing for a Boxer but it doesn't ease the pain. Can tell from your post, Wiggles was so loved. Rest in peace or wiggle your nub at rainbow bridge, Wiggles. Hugs to your family.

So sorry for your loss.
It's the hardest thing to do, letting go for her sake, but you did the right thing to ease her suffering. You must have done the right thing in a lot of ways for her to be with you as long as she was.
And a beautiful Boxer she was. She will live on in your memories and photos.

Thanks Everyone!!!

I can't explain the pain of really losing a close family member at 42 years old...Today marks 2 weeks since I lost my baby girl. We are a very close loving family!!! The kid and the dog are our children... Yeah!! I never left Wiggles outside when I left the house... she was always in the house w/the house alarm on...I actually never left the dog outside. I am a stay at home mom... and very watchful of the kid and the dog.. My son is going to be a senior and I have been here everyday when he gets home from school (YEAH!! i AM over protective)... and when Wiggles was in her last year she was never left home for more than 3 hrs at a time...and in the last few months... she was never alone....
