IMO if a white puppy is healthy, I see no reason for charging a couple of hundred for him. The breeder has spent just as much in docking the tail, getting the shots, feeding him. etc. as the rest of the litter. Maybe I'm wrong in thinking that way, but i think the breeder should be compensated on what he has spent, plus a little profit for his trouble.
