Titan has the same problem.Lately I noticed that his eyes lids are not as dropy anymore. Im not sure how old your pup is but alot of time your pup's eye lids will get tighter as they get older. I am going to give you a sight which hopefully will be able to answer your question...

Today I took Titan in to get his second set of vaccines. When I left the vet I noticed that he swelled up a little bit, the part where they injected him. Is that normal, if so how long does it usually take for that swollen part to go down. Hope I posted this in the right forum Thank you

Question to all of you pros out there. What would be a better choice for me to feed my 9wk puppy. Wellness or Natural Blend. Also do you guys no of any good sites where I can order these foods from, my local pet stores do not offer them. Your advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you
