Maybe I should explain what I am wanting him to do. I don't want you to think that I am wanting him to attack anybody or anything. I just want to be able to say watch 'em and him stand alert...if I hear something...and I want him to be alert also.... Thanks for any advice.

I have a puppy that I am going to housebreak. Someone had mentioned to me that you can use puppy pads. He said to put the puppy pads at the door and everytime you catch the puppy using the bathroom always take him to the puppy pad by the door. He said wait until the puppy is well established...
