The owners just got the dog around 4 months ago from friends. I don't think there was communication as to what the problem was with the dog. They ended up taking it to the vet and found out what it had and realized they were needing to give it prednesone on a continual basis.

Unfortunately they do not all outgrow it. This boxer is 6 years old and has had it all of its life. I'm not sure if they let it go too long without treatment as a puppy or what.

Coda had kennel cough for over a month when she was really young. The vet tried 3 different oral anti's and finally ended with a spray type antibiotic that they place over the nose and that seemed to work.

Coda is killing alot of grass with her urine. I found this naturvet grasssaver liquid at petsmart. anyone use it and is it ok to use? I've also heard of apple cider vinegar. That would probably be cheaper and it seems that it has other benefits as well.
