    Puppy ate Vaseline!

Yes, Rocky had a few loose bowl movements, but he is still as rotton as ever. He sure does keep me on my toes!! It just surprised me because he has never eaten anything before, I guess I will have to keep a very close eye on things now. He is a joy to have around though. There is never a dull...

    Puppy ate Vaseline!

Thank you very much... I just wasn't sure. I heard about how the vet tells you to give them vaseline to get other things out, but didn't know if too much would hurt him. He seems ok, but just wanted to ask.

    Puppy ate Vaseline!

Hi. This is Christine. My puppy, Rocky is about 7 mos. old now and he just ate about a third of a jar of vaeline. the jar was a 7.5 oz. jar. Can this harm him or should I not worry about it? He hasn't eaten things before other than his food, so I don't know what to do! Thank you.

Hi. I just thought I would let you all in on what funny things Rocky has been doing! He always helps me clean!! Ha Ha. He barks and tries to attack the broom, mop, and vaccume every time I use them! Every time I take his picture, he barks at me too like he doesn't want his picture taken! It's...

    Your Boxers Favorite Toy

His tail and my Army shirt My wife tells me that Rocky's ( our 3 mo old male) favorite toy at the moment is his tail, as his breeder dropped the ball and we are now not going to have it amputated, and one of my old army t-shirts that I left at home when I deployed to iraq. She says he carries...

I am having trouble getting a picture on here. Everytime I try it says this file is too big. What size do I need to change it to? I have resized it a couple times and came back and tried and it is still not working! Thanks!

Thank you Thank you for the suggestion. I have things my husband has used on a daily basis. And yes, I believe Boxers warm up to others fast. Rocky met my brother-in-law today and loved him. They played and hung out on the couch together alot and Rocky loved it. Of course so did my...

Tail or no Tail, that is the question?

Tail it is Thank You! My wife and I had pretty much decided to let Rocky keep his tail, or as she calls it "his favorite toy". Prior to deciding and researching boxers I read an artical about how most breeders/show dogs, and AKC did not agree with allowing a boxer to be natural or have floppy...

New baby at home but I am deployed...

I am deployed to Iraq, and we have a 7wk old baby at home. My wife put one of my old army t-shirts in Rocky's bed so my smell would be familure to him, he carries it around the house like Linus, off of Charlie Brown. He sleeps with it and uses it as a blanket when he lays on the floor. Does...

To crop or not to crop-please keep your opinions to yourself!!

I feel you... Our Rocky is 7 weeks old and we are not going to crop his ears, and the breeder dropped the ball on the tail as well. Now in order to do that he will have to be put under when he is 4mos old. We are not going to put him through that, and besides his tail is now his favorite toy...
