Im not sure if others have posted this before or asked before. Im curious to know how did you all name your dogs? :)

It seems like so many dogs here have amazing names! I just love how some people get so creative and unique! :)

My dogs....

Haylee: My baby girl was named on the way home from when we purchased her. A song was on the radio, not sure which one but the name haylee came up in the song and I just fell inlove. She became my Haylee that instant!

Kilo: Well he came with the name! We got him from a family member who no longer could take care of him, He was named kilo (no clue why) So the name just stuck :)

Looking forward to hearing your responses!

I always liked the name Jazmine (with a Z) and nick named her "Jazz" and Chase (my boy) I got when I met this lady and her son "Chase" and believe me that name could not have fit him better...ONLY at the dog park-he LOVES to chase all the cars, people or whatever goes by, that is all he does-he does not play at all..he chases!

My little mans name is Rocky. My daughter picked his name 1. because he's a Boxer & 2. because our last name is Rhode. Rocky Rhode like the ice cream.

Magnum is named after my dog that my family had when I was a child (Maggie) and my husband's dog that he had when he was younger (Magnum).

We adopted Omar and his previous owner was a young boy who played baseball, so he named him after his favorite baseball player.

Roxie--we saw this name on her papers at the breeder's. It was her doggie grandmother's name, and we liked it

Bopper (my beagle)--there is an amusement park in Kansas City called Worlds of Fun, kind of like Six Flags. They had just opened a new section of the park called Snoopyland (Snoopy is a beagle, of course). There was a promotion on TV; free "beagle boppers" with every paid child's admission. The "beagle boppers" was the popular headband with two things of spiraled wire and snoopy heads attached to the top like two antenaes. I thought the name was perfect!
