I just got a new dvd for yoga. I am trying to relax more and get more flexible. Well Tuggy was out with me, and was being good. So I decided to do the DVD. I was in downward facing dog, and my shirt is VERY lose. Well Tug's decided to go underneath me, and lick my stomach. He was doing peek-a-boo!

No exercising in my house! If I'm on the treadmill Aus is biting my feet, and anything on the floor is an invitation for a hug and being pinned down!

Oh yeah, the pups love it when I'm in a headstand. I'm usually up for about 10 minutes, so they take that time to be bad and poop or just come lick me to death. And anytime I am running on the treadmill, Diesel comes and drops a toy on it so he can watch it roll off. Then repeat, repeat, repeat!!! As I'm tripping over the dam thing!!!

My dogs won't let me exercise either! If I'm down on the ground they are on top of me standing over me or play with my hair. If I'm on the treadmill they bark at it or sit there and watch it!

That's my boy too! Anytime I get up and moving he thinks it's playtime! LOL Any no way can I do anything on the ground, I'll be mauled!

 Tuggy wanted to try, too!!

Asia is like that, too! If I am trying to do Pilates, I can't do the floor workout part without giving Asia her kong first, to keep her busy ... and sometimes that doesn't even work! She likes to come stand on top of us (whether its our head, body, feet, leg, etc) so that we will scratch her belly standing up. She's always been weird about that, but it's cute!

Our babies are such clowns ... comedy is all about timing and boy do they sure have it!! ;)

Yep - yoga's a challenge at my house. Very difficult to get into any floor work without having a "helper"...I swear the yoga people named the posture DOWNWARD FACING DOG after watching a Boxer get into play position!
