Why is she anemic? What caused this? (I have many different ideas running thru my head regarding this.)
I don't mean to sound harsh, but I really don't think you have thought thru the total process of raising a puppy, nor did any type of research to see what breed would fit your lifestyle. Boxers and beagles are totally different.
It almost sounds to me that you returned the boxer puppy to the petstore and they offered you a different puppy and either you (or them) picked the beagle.....which was the wrong thing to do. You should have demanded your money back.
I would also recommend filing a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) for your area, along with contacting your State (usually Dept of Agriculture), along with the USDA (Animal Licensing).
