Won't hold it in over night

My 8 month old bitch will not hold it in over night.
We have tried a lot of things the latest being leaving a radio on over night the trainer said this works on a lot of dogs that get bored easily but to no avil she still makes a mess over night does anybody have a suggestion.

Have you tried taking her water and food away early in the evening and taking her on a looong walk. Kinda like a skin baby... no drinks after a set time and make sure they go potty before bed. I live in an apartment with my boxer and boy do I hear it in the morning before the walk if he drank too much before bed. Good luck with your dilemma
