Wisconsin Boxer Bash - almost here!

The Bash to benefit Green Acres Boxer Rescue of WI is just around the corner! September 24th, to be exact. As in past years, the Bash will feature lure coursing, radar run, vendors, silent auction, food, speakers, contests, photo booth, raffle, and the best bake sale in the free world.

Ok, all you Wisconsin Boxer owners this is the best bash around! I have gone twice now and plan to attend again this year.

There is tons of great items to buy: T-shirts, can coolers, mugs, stickers...endless great items. The bake sale is to die for! Many great vendors and a silent action with tables and table of great items to bid on. And of course, the lure course. The dogs LOVE it. My Leah put on a pretty big show last year.

I have seen first hand how wonderful this rescue organization is because my Leah is a 2009 adoptee. These people do such a wonderful job with all the Boxers that they rescue.

So...all you Wisconsinites make plans to attend...you won't be disappointed

I'm printing out the flyer and will be hanging at my vets office in Washington county. They have lots of Boxers that come in. I will also hang it at my local dog food store.

I want to go so bad! I might stop by in the morning with Rocky...and maybe Mac if we get approved to adopt him and he is ours by then

We could only stay a few hours as I have to be in Chicago Saturday night for a bachelorette party. I wanted to go last year so bad but never ended up making the drive.

Rocky will be hilarious with the lure course - he can run pretty fast once he gets his mind to it! Hope to meet you all there!

They really are a great organization. If anyone out there can't make from Wisconsin or if you like this organization there is always other ways to support GABR. After the bash there is always great merchandise still available for sale, such as: Calendars, t-shirts (awsome new logo) new this year a car decal and much more. All goes to help the next Boxer in need.
