Generally puppies sleep A LOT when they're young. The amount of napping decreases as they get older.

Oh no no! She sleeps 3 -4 times a day and each of them are between 2-3 hours long.

That sounds like heaven to me! Enjoy it while you can. Naps will become less frequent and will be shorter as the pup ages. Some dogs (I won't mention any names LOL) don't come with an off button and naps are unheard of.
