Well Ive had Brogan, my 4 month old fawn for about 6 weeks now. Out came all the toys Paddy thought hed lost forever( strange how toys kinda disappear and then mysteriously show up again)

Paddy LOVES having a playmate, For some reason Paddy thinks it the best game ever for the pup to chase after him in the field..They play hide and seek, So Funny!!

I must admit the fisrt few weeks when I was doing the 2am run for pee pee, I was thinking AM I MAD??. But having Paddy show him the way hes really learnt fast. Hes fully house trained. Does not run off without his leash on the park..AND hasnt yet gone through the ..Oh more playmates phase and totally igonred me.

The only thing that I struggle with, is they BOTH want mommys love all to them self and start squabbling when Im giving them loves..They get so protective of me...Ohh well I just giving em hugs and kisses.

I have two 4 1/2 month old fawn males and i couldn't have asked for anything better. It's funny when i told people we got two puppies when we first got them they looked at us like we were crazy...we just might be...but having two has actually been easier then when we just had our one dog. Twice the love, twice the fun, twice the laughs...and i as write this they are sleeping cuddled together on their chair like two perfect angels.

Hi Tank,

Both mine are boys, Paddy has just turned 1, so theres only 8 months between my two. They just love snuggling up together too.
Are they from the same litter? Im sure having 2 babies at the same time is sooo much fun, and sensible too. I mean whats the diffrence on training one than 2,

Good luck x

Our two boys are just over a year old and I can't imagine what it would have been like if we just got 1 puppy. The only hard part is when they have to be separated (vets, pet store, etc). Here lately though, Doc has become a little more aggressive over Wyatt. Probably just because Doc is not neutered yet. But when they play, they still play hard together. And baby, git out the way!

We thought for a long time before getting little Riley. Now I am so glad we did. They are best buddies. Riley is 14 weeks and Baxter is 4.5 years.

We are going to get our second sometime this spring/summer, when we move into our new house, and I can't wait! DBF already has a name picked out...Jinx!

You guys!!!!! I am trying sooooo hard to be good and wait until my DH returns to get a "baby brother" for Gracie (and me!) and you are making it impossible!!!!!! LOL!

Sorry Jill...you are being so good...i am so proud of you ;)...and yes they are from the same litter. And Gracie who belongs to Jill is their sister from the same litter. We found eachother on boxerworld. I am just glad they get the opportunity to see their sister every week. It will help the time pass faster until she get's a brother of her own to beat up on on a daily basis and not just on the weekends. hehe!

I am so jealous too and happy that Paddy has a playmate. I am waiting til Samantha turns 1 year old before I bring her home a little brother.

I just looked at your gallery and have never seen another dog that my Samantha resembles as your Paddy. The third photo in your gallery is almost identical to one that I have. The face markings especially are extremely similar.
