Why didn't anyone tell me?

Why didn't anyone tell me what a joy these little buggers are? Cairo is now almost 6 mo. old, and she is an angel. She has been the easiest puppy I have ever been around, easiest to potty train, and has yet to destroy anything.....give or take a few puppy teeth marks. If anyone is wondering if they should adopt a boxer, be prepared. They steal your heart with their eyes and turned up noses, demand to share your dinner whether or not you agree, and will give you a million stories to drive your friends crazy with. Besides that, you will never want to stay away from home long. What amazing creatures these boxers are.

Althea - First let me say what a beatiful baby she is. Pleasse post more pics!!! I want my next Boxer to be white. I think they are so beautiful. Trying to talk Hubby into this now...hehehehe

As for boxer love...I completely agree with you. They steal your heart and soul without even trying. My hubby is an instant mush when Harla is loving on him. Stories? That's a whole 'nother thread(s)!:D

Cairo is just precious! I can see how she stole your heart! Hammer & Ginger have completely stolen ours as well. They are such lovable little creatures!!

OK, so Mush may not be the most well behaved puppy, and she has eaten a couch and some candles, but even with her mischief, she's such a lover, and gives me that special "boxer eyes", sometimes I'm tempted to hand over all my shoes and let her go to town........

Once you own a boxer that's it, there is no turning back!! We got one.....then a second.....I will own boxers for the rest of my life! In my opinion they are the best babies ever!!!

Your baby is just adorable...how can you not love 'em? Boxers(and dogs in general) are the probably the only thing in this world that loves you more than they do themselves! I can't wait until we get Hurricane a brother or a sister! Have fun!
