White boxers!!!!

About Beau...

1. Beau was being given away due to an illness in the breeder's family. The
minute I saw Beau, I fell in love and had to have him.

2. People usually just ask stupid questions like "Is he an albino?"

3. No, but a lot of people ask what he is and are surprised when I tell them he's a boxer.

4. I want to have several other breeds, but who knows...

5. It all depends on who wins my heart.

6. Mr. Beau is a very handsome young man.

7. Beau is 13 months old.

8. Beau has a brindle patch around his right eye (everyone says he looks like Petey from the Little Rascals) and brindle spots that show through (he's a wannabe dalmatian).

9. He's had no problems whatsoever. His vet says that he is extremely healthy.

Beau has stolen my heart. I always thought I'd get a fawn, but he is one of the best looking boxers I've ever seen. He's tall and lean and has a very graceful walk. Prepare to be loved and love more than you knew was possible!

Q-1 I saw one along time a go and always thought they were cool ,my friend was getting a brindle female and showed me pictures of the litter, I commented on the white ones (there were three)> He told our boss about them because he wanted one asked me which one I said the white one turns out he got it for me as an x-mass present ( very cool boss)

1. When I walked into the kennel at the Humane Society I just fell in love with him.
2. A lot of people ask if he's a pit, but they never insist there isn't such a thing as a white boxer.
3. I've had a few people that are convinced he's mixed with pit, ot something else

5. I honestly don't care what color my next one is, I just love the breed.

8. he has a fawn spot between his ears, and a fawn "boot print" on his butt. He's also covered with little spots.

or the same reeasons you would get any other color of boxer, I was specifically looking for white - just a boxer and he happened to be the one I fell in love with.

No but I have met lots of people who didn't know there was such a thing

3. do people say they must be a mix breed? Most people think he is an American Bulldog, someone did once think he was a dalmation mix LOL

8. are they all white or do they have a spot? he has a fawn patch at the top of his tail and some dark spots on his ears

Some people ask if she is part dalmation or pit bull.

1 brindle ear and a brindle spot on top of her head.

1. why did you get a white boxer?
I had lost my brindle to a heart attack and read in the paper about some boxer pups for sale. This was before i knew about BYB's. So I went to have a look and Tango picked me out. I was leaving and had decided I really wasnt ready for another dog. He stood on my foot and stared at me till i picked him up. I couldnt put him down and took him home that night. He has never cried for his doggy mom either it was as if he was meant to be with me!!

No, most people think he is a pit at first. He gets more attention than most dogs tho. Ive had people sit and wave and talk to him while they were sitting in traffic. One old fella at the post office always has to come talk baby talk to him when we are there. His wife says its the only times she has ever seen him behave like that!

Not as of yet!
4. will you get another boxer?
Well, Im not sure. Ive had three now and two both died early due to health problems. Tango would sure be hard to follow. He's by far the most loving dog ive ever encountered. I dont want to think of losing him but i know it will happen eventually and to be honest I dont know what I will do then. I love boxers but i hate the pain of losing them.

I'd certainly look for one!! If i chose to be a doggie mom again.

Tango will be 7 in May

He has a brindle patch over one eye and a small eyebrow looking mark over the other eye. His skin has spots on it and i beleive they are called checks.
9. any health problems?
Aside from a food allergy not alot to report. He has the gum disorder where they grow too fast but thats not just a "white" thing. he has had two small places removed on his body and none were cancerous. He is pretty much a normal dog! Altho i spoil him completely my hubby says he eats better than we do!

We don't have a white boxer yet. Our Sophie is 2yrs and 7 months and we brought her home at 8 weeks. We have had a few health issues with her and she is fawn. But whatever crops up we will deal with. We have had folks ask us if she is pit bull or mean. We just giggle at them and proceed to tell them she's boxer and silly as a goose. I had always wanted a boxer (aunt and uncle had one) and had my heart set on a fawn. Can't say why really. But we are thinking of getting a bro or sis for Sophie. With just the 3 of us, we think sometimes she gets lonesome. We have already decided we will go through rescue or humane society. There are already so many boxers out there needing a good home with lots of love. If possible we will get a white, no matter if full-blooded or not. If health issues pop up, again, we will deal with them. My only concern is that we get a pal for Sophie that can handle her in play. She is a big gal at 78 pounds! Patty/Sophie

She has a spot over her left eye, and a tiny one on her but that she sometimes tries to lick off

1. why did you get a white boxer? My hubby and i just wanted a boxer and we saw that a local breeder had boxer babies and that the mom gave birth to 3 so we went to go look and of course once you see them you HAVE to take one home! So we just got another boxer and it happened to be white

2. do people try to tell you there isn't such a thing as white boxers? i havent come across that yet..but we get the 'oh cool Albino boxer'. I guess they dont know what an albino means. Bianca clearly has pigment she has a little brindle patch on her neck AND she has deep beautiful brown eyes.

3. do people say they must be a mix breed? I havent come across that either. Although a lady at a dog park looked at Bianca and said oh she must have boxer in her. I said she is 100% boxer Bianca has also been mistaken for a dalmation. (She has no visible spots..unless she is wet you can see them otherwise her coat is too long and you cant see them)

4. will you get another boxer? Of course!! Once you go Boxer you cant go back!

5. if yes to 4 will it be a white boxer? I can honeslty say that i have no color preferance....if i see a boxer pup i will want it and not think about the color. Although i have to admit the hubby and i have talked about getting another boxer and this time a fawn just so we cover the basic boxer colors I dont want to discriminate

7. how old is your white boxer? She is 3 years young her birthday was February 16th.

8. are they all white or do they have a spot? She has a little brindle spot on the back of her neck that we call her pigeon poop. She has spots on her skin that you can see clearly when she is wet otherwise she looks pure white with the exception of the brindle patch.

9. any health problems? she has selective hearing. no she doesnt have any health issues that white boxers 'tend' to have.
