Hi All, I'm so proud, sorry have to brag!!! My 9 month old white female Athena, just won two best in breeds and now has her National Title with the International All Breed Canine Assocation. What an accomplishment, we went through some rough times in the ring with a lot of ridicule, but we did it!!! Thanks Guys, I really appreciate it. I was wondering how you went about getting pics of your babies by your name, I have been trying and the thing comes back to me saying Image to Large and it is only 8.0kb, I keep tring though thanks again, Melissa

We cannot show whites in the uk only at smaller shows not run by the kennel club.

Thanks for the update - the IABCA had told me that they follow the AKC breed standard, but apparently they've changed that. :) Do you have a copy of the standard they're using? I'd love to see if the differences extend beyond color (and, I'm guessing, ears).

Hm, that is interesting. I suppose it's not as much of an issue for the FCI, as the have stricter breeding rules and would not permit a white to be bred.

I wonder if there's ever been an FCI champion with more than 1/3 white, after the standard was changed?

At any rate - sorry to hijack the thread, and thanks Alisha for clarifying which standard the IABCA uses. :)
