White Boxer getting negative Attention....

I saw my first white boxer in person the other day at PetSmart and I tell you what if your dog is half as sweet as he was you're lucky. I"ll admit that the white one there (didnt catch his name) was 100 times sweeter than my Titan. I always thought the white ones were cute but now I"m dying to have one--they're even cuter in person than in pics.

We all know you're lucky to own a boxer, just like us, but to have such a sweet one is even better. Plus, your baby doesn't think anything is wrong with him (just dumb ppl who dont know any better than to judge on his color)so love him like he needs to be and give him extra slobbery kisses from Titan and hugs from me.

im so sorry for how Brutus is being treated. Did you ever think of adopting him yourself? It seems you and Jasmine have become very attached to him.

I get that too

not only do I get it with kneesaa (who totally looks like a boxer) but also with our american bulldog who is the epitamy of an american bulldog (and not to mention 110 lbs!)
my mom has a pit though who is the biggest lovebug, so I just tell them, no kneesaa's not a pit but her sister is
kinda throws them for one!

I took a look at Mr. Brutus and he's a love bug! What a cutie! How anyone could even think that he's a pitbull is beyond me.

I have a white boxer, Mathilda, and we have tons of people who think she's a pitbull. It's sad that people are so ignorant, but not everyone loves pups as much as we all do! And most definitely no one loves & knows boxers better than we all do!! So I just ignore people who don't know any better.

i understand what you mean, my boy is brindle as a few of you know. we take him to the park by us and hes has been snapped at by a few dogs. the owners response is "well they were attacked by someone elses pit and they think yours will do the same".

it aggravates me so much, there is usually nothing i can say. sometimes i almost yell "HE IS A BOXER NOT A PIT!!"

Thank You all for your kind words of encouragement. I think the world of Brutus and wish everyone could see what a lover he is!!

I took Brutus to the vet this morning to get neutered (Keep him in your prayers) and the people in the waiting room were making such a fuss over him! He loved every minute of it, and I was so proud that they saw his goofy boxer-ness!! He was such a HAM!!!


To answer the questions of keeping him ourselves... My Husband and I have fallen in love with this boy, and of course Jasmine is head-over-heals for him. We are going to wait and see how much interest there is for him. Brutus is our first foster and I know if I adopt him I wont be able to foster again... (I have a hard enough time giving all my attention to these two, I dont know what I would do with 3!!). So although I really want this boy to stay with us, I keep thinking about all the other needy boxers that need loving, patient foster homes too. So we'll see... I'll keep you all posted on Brutus' future. You can read about his progress on our website (Its listed in my signature).
