Where to buy solid cotton collars?

Anyone know where we can find solid color COTTON collars? Our pup currently wears one that's faded and we want to replace it for her birthday (it was a gift originally). I've looked at colorpet and elmoscloset but I'm not really psyched about the paisleys/patterns/etc., am just looking for a real nice solid colored (most likely) collar.

Sometimes you can find them on Ebay. There are people who hand make cotton collars. You may even request they make one in a color you like.
