Where does your boxer love to sleep?

My Pearl

She usually has to be with someone when she sleeps. Usually she sleeps in the crate (a big one) with our bullmastiff, the door is off so they can go in and out. Our bullmastiff likes to sleep in a cave-like surrounding and Pearl can be found not to far away. In the morning when my husband leaves for work (I'm temporarily off due to an injury) Pearl will jump on the bed and sleep with me. She HAS to touch some part of my body, usually her head lies on my feet. She is just such a lovebug. Another favorite place is in front of the fireplace. We have two thick blankets for the dogs to lie on and Pearl loves that spot too.... especially if Cleo is there. Also one last place - Pearl likes to sleep on top of Cleo when she's outside. It's so funny.

Basket babies

My two year old boxer Harley has had his basket from Petsmart since he was 2 months old. It has a nice padding on the bottom and he loves it. I tried a crate, which he didn't like much, but he loves this basket. Its his "safehaven" and he can stretch out or curl up on it. Now his sister Hannah on the other hand actually loved her crate until she grew out of it. Now she prefers to have the round cushion I got her at Costco. They both have to be right next to my bed, but they know better than to get on the bed when the hubby is home. As soon as he leaves for work (which is an hour earlier than me) they listen for the click of the door and pounce up onto the bed with me. Its our little secret. But they snore as loud as my husband!!

At night Hooligan's favorite place to sleep is on our bed and during the day he loves to nap on either couch in the sitting room or on the futon in the spare room, and if I left the bedroom door open I am sure he would be on our bed during the day also.
