My puppy is now 13 months old...when do we switch to adult food? She's 51lbs and really doesn't look like she's gonna grow anymore. She started eating Blue @ 8 wks then grew tired of it after 3 months. Then we moved on to Nutro Ultra till now & she's 'bored' with that.
We're thinking of switching back to Blue Basics...what do you guys think?

At 13 month old she definitely still has some growing to do :) Probably not so much in height but she will fill out some more.
You can definitely put her on adult food (or all life stages). Check out Dog Food Analysis - Reviews of kibble for suggestions. It's fine to switch between flavors and brands every so often if she gets bored. Personally I like Wellness, Orijen, Acana, Earthborn holistic grain free and Taste of the Wild (Taste of the Wild, however, was involved in a recall a few months back. I still feed it because it seems to work best for my dogs).

Foods labeled "All Life Stages" can be fed to puppies as soon as they're weaned from mom's milk, and foods labeled for Adult dogs can be fed at 6 months old.

It's good to switch formulas and brands every couple of months or so, for nutritional variety and to keep the dog from losing interest in its food. :) Since your girl is 13 months old you don't have to limit her to puppy or ALS formulas. This time around you might want to try something that she's never had before.

Agree. Now is the perfect time to switch to an ALS or Adult formula. Don't forget to do the transition. Good luck!
