When to know its healty play and not

When I take Jordan around my best friends boxers, Jordan will not leave one of them alone. She will wrestle with Sasha the whole time we are over there. I can get Jordan's attention and tell her to stop and after about 30 seconds she is right back at it by pouncing on Sasha or vice versa. I just wander if this is puppy play for Jordan or what because Sasha actually barks and shows dominance by pinning Jordan down. I know Jordan is all happy while this is going on because Jordan submits and goes right back her.

I guess I am wandering if this will wear off with time or am I letting Jordan get away with learning to be aggressive.

I doubt very much that she is learning to be aggressive. It sounds like typical puppy play to me.

No it will not wear off.....Dakota is almost 3 yrs old and still does it. he just love to play welcome to being owned by a boxer.....

I thought when I brought Riley home that Max was going to kill her. He rough housed with her and she was all for it. Now they play so hard if I didn't know better I would think they were upset with each other. But, that is not the case. My two jump, roll around and lay on each other. They are so funny. They have never been aggressive with each other or any one. It is how they play.

Sounds normal to me. Lance and Murphy wrestle a lot, and Lance gets quite vocal about it. If you didn't know about dogs, it would sound like they're fighting. But it's just good old fashioned romping.

is there a way to help them be more calm around each other? i mean sometimes i feel guilty becuase they have a nice house and all 3 of them are house dogs. btw i run jordan with a lazer pen ever night.
