We all have boxers that do silly/sweet/funny/crazy things all the time. What's your favorite?

My Favorite happened this morning. Cooper was not happy that puppy was in the playpen while mom took a time out. So Cooper started head butting the pen, when that didn't free the puppy he started biting the cage and in the process realized he could lift the pen with his mouth. It took him a little bit of time to work it out just right but a few minutes later I see little Tucker slithering out. Partners in crime I tell ya

My 4 year old daughter was sick before Christmas and Ty wasn't sure why his buddy wasn't playing with him. Haley was laying on the couch and Ty started out by taking his teeth and trying to pull her blanket off. He soon realized that Haley wasn't up for his antics and wasn't up to par, so he laid on the couch with his head on her legs. Then he got up, got his favorite ball and laid it next to her head and went back to laying on her legs. It was so sweet-he gave her his lovey to help her feel better.

still new to us

I think the funniest thing so far with Iggy is when he accidentally knocked over mommy and scared her.. and then HE got scared and climbed INSIDE her sweatshirt and licked her face.......they we both making such a fuss it was the cutest to see both of them inside one sweatshirt....

So you have one favorite...with a boxer there are many to chose from, as we all know!! But the funniest one I can think of now...I was cleaning house one weekend. My hubby was gone to work. I was downstairs changing the laundry over and all of a sudden I hear Kanin upstairs barking like crazy. So I think someone is at the door. I go upstairs and Kanin is not at the door. I still hear him raising all kinds of heck and barking his head off. I go to our bedroom, where I hear him. I had pulled the bed out to sweep under it, we have hard wood floors, and the dust bunnies like to collect under it. So anyway it is pulled out and Kanin had jumped up there. I have it in front of our dresser and he sees himself in the mirror. He is barking at his self. I tell him it is ok and sit down on the bed with him. He jumps over me and stands between me and the mirror and starts growling and barking fiercely. I guess he thought that there was another dog and he was stand between me and the "other" dog. like he is guarding me. I got to laughing so hard at him I was crying. the crazy things our babies do!! Never a dull moment with them in the house!!

I took Money Penny to the park and we were playing with a toy. She somehow managed to get hold of my skirt - a flowy one with an elastic waist - and managed to pull it down enough for me to flash my undies to everyone in the park :eek: At least they were pretty!!!

so far, with gracie, I think the best story is....

Gracie has a rubber chicken that squeeks. She loves it--so much in fact that I must hide it most of the time for fear of going insane from the noise! The cutest thing is, Gracie will squeek and squeek her chicken, and then she will set it down and woo wooo and howl at it for the longest wooo woooooo I have ever heard! This afternoon she held her wooo for so long that her "voice" cracked and it startled her! she stopped quick with this baffled look on her face like "what happened to my voice?!" It was soo cute! I am getting a video camera hopefully this week, so I will have to post a video link of her "singing" to her chicken!

Rogue & the laundry basket.

Yesterday she kept taking the socks out of the laundry basket & running away. So I covered the laundry with a towel, but she waited til my back was turned & dug away at the laundry til she found a sock. She ran around with the sock like a dog possessed, & she had to make sure that I knew that she'd got it everytime!! Pest.

When Dylan was 2yrs we had just sold our other house and had moved into this one ( 9yrs ago) We had been here one week, Dylan woke me up by nudging me, I had left a candle burning on the stove downstairs when we went up to bed, I walked downstairs with him and he just stared at the stove. I almost fainted.
Once again we all go to bed, ( this is a few years later ) Dylan wakes me up. The front door has blown open and so has the screen, it's 3am and he never left, he just came upstairs to get me. The house was litterally wide open.
I miss you Dylan, Bless your heart, I love you so much. Thank you for being a wonderful boy, xoxoxox

Everyday, with three Boxers, is a new and most of the time loving experience. Some months back we set up a thirty gallon acquarium and shortly after went to bed. At about 1:30 Haley started barking. I went to check on her to find thirty gallons of water all over our big den and the two fish we had in it flopping around in less than an inch of water. I had to set up another aquarium and as soon as I did she went to bed to leave me to clean up the mess. They all love these fish and check on them from time to time during the day. The fish are now in a sixty-five gallon tank and they all like that better!

My favorite thing is how Koa always seems to find me wherever I go in the house. He pops up like a ghost sometimes & scares the sh.. outta me A LOT:eek: but , I love seeing his sweet lil' face licking the air & doing his rump shaker! lovicon
