Hi Tracey-When i saw your post i thought it was mine from December. I tell you its very trying. Its only me and dh in the house so i do all the care taking and at times it really wears on me especially if im just gettin home and sit on the sofa i have 3 boxers on top of me litteraly but then when i take a nap i have 3 boxers cuddling me and i wouldnt want it any other way. I too thought that my other 2 were gonna feel pushed to the side but it all turned out well. I say hello to our girl first then chopper and then torque so no one feels left out. Everything is done in the order in which they came into our lives. For some reason i feel that helps them to know i still love them very much, probably sounds dumb to others but it helps me. I wish you the best of luck sunday.

I was a little apprehensive at first. Like you, I thought about it and almost did it several times. Then, I finally got Tyson, my white rescue. It's been four months and I must say, it gets better and better. It's just me here, so even though they require attention, its what I do. They are my kids. I walk them every day, but also have a fairly big yard so it is not a burden if I can't get out one day. I would think with your situation, you should go ahead and do it. It sounds like you really want one, and are taking things into careful consideration. If you had not posted about this before, I would caution you to think about it. But now, I say go for it!

Thanks Tracey it is what I/we want :)
Lola's been a bit off colour today so it's put a bit of a dampner on things :(
I'm such a worry wart that if she hasn't picked up tomorrow I don't know if I'll go see the pups as i don't want to leave her feeling poorly. She hasn't eaten today. Well apart from a mouthful of dog mince which she brought back up at tea time and only drank out of a squeezy bottle and has slept a lot. I'm just cooking her up some chicken & rice to see if she can hold that down.

Poor Lola, hope she feels better soon and hope you get to go tomorrow. Good luck! By the way, one thing I have noticed about multpile boxers, mine never seem to feel poorly at the same time, which is a good thing. But even one boxer throwing up can be enough to keep you on your toes!!

One thing to think about if Lola is still not well tomorrow it might be best to put of seeing the puppies for a few days just incase its a little bug she has :( you dont want the little puppies to catch it.

And if you go - good luck on deciding which puppy you will bring home :)

To be honest I'm 99% sure it's something she ate as on our walk yesterday she was snuffling around everywhere and I think she ate cat poo, ok I'm pretty sure she did  would that make her feel poorly?

Hi Slobberchops!

Sandgroper here, miles away from you I would guess!!...Perth seems to be miles away from everything..LOL!!! Two boxers is easier than one so you could use that reason to get a second..hehehe!!

Cheers

How's Lola doing today? Is she feeling better? If she is good luck seeing the new puppies. I would love 3 but I know it is not possible maybe when ds is older then he can help walk them. I look like a fool walking the 2. I have now.LOL
