What would you be embarrassed to admit?

I do this to mine too!! If it's not making them laugh, it sure makes me laugh!

I also feed them off of my fork...and then use it again. Some may think it's gross but they're my dogs and their mouths are cleaner than everyone else's. Isn't that what we all think about our own dogs?? Or am I really just that insane...? But it's so hard to resist two pairs of big, brown eyes, looking at me, with shoestrings of slobber on either side of their mouths when I'm eating fruit or something that they absolutely love!

Ice cream is the best to do this with!

I wouldn't say I'm embarrassed but most people think I'm nuts when I throw Bella a little birthday party each year. Nothing fancy, just her and her brothers. But they get treats & ice cream & a candle to blow out! If we are attending obedience classes near her birthday I also make homemade treats and put them in special little bags to hand out to the other dogs!

Okay, this is really bad... Turning down invitations to go out, or worse pretending to be sick, so I can stay home with my dogs. I do this a lot apparently as recently I received an invitation and on it they ask for my Frazier's permission that I may go out :o I think they were only half joking... Fraze gave permission by the way

What would you be embarrassed to tell a non-boxer owner that you do for your baby?

Mine: Other than calling them babies....!

It's not enough that they sleep in bed with us, but they have their blankies that we cover them up with. If I happen to wake up in the middle of the night, I always check to see if they're covered up!

one time I took him to my friend's house, they have a husky, my puppy ate their dog food while playing with their dog, I just feel so funny~

For some reason I do call most "puppies" whether they are young or old, "poopies", b/c that is what I called Paris when she was little cuz she was a poop machine......

oh my gosh! i call Maximus my "pooper" and "poop-de-doop!" DH thinks i'm crazy! i think i stick pretty much to the norm... like the rest of y'all!

Ahhhhh, my people!

I make sure Boris has a new toy or new something every time I go shopping. When he hears the shopping bags rattle, he comes looking. He's knows there's something there. He's got his own cookie jar on the counter with little dog bones and his name on it.

He got Christmas presents from Mom and Dad and Santa Paws. What? That isn't normal?

He gets birthday presents and gives Mother's Day and Father's Day presents.

He's totally my baby.

ok,i need to know the name of that paw lotion and how to get it! our Zeus has the roughest paws. as for embarrassing things: Zeus' dad leaves the light on for him when we are not home and sometimes even music. When he was a puppy he would always lye on my belly, well now he is not such a puppy any more but he still lies on me and sleeps.

I can top that! When we are gone for the evening, I leave the TV on for them. One night as we were coming into the driveway I could see the TV thru the window and there was Rocco sitting on the couch like he was watching it. All you could see was the back of his head! When he heard the car, he slowly turned his head and looked out the window. He looked like a person!!

I've been late for work on occasion because I took a few more moments cuddled up with Gunther in bed, petting him and kissing his smooshy face. It's just so cozy and nice.

I too have been late for work because the dogs were extra super snuggly in the morning.
and my hubby was sharing his popcicle with all 3 of the dogs the other night. A lick for him, one for each dog, then another lick for him!
